Amsterdam – Starting September 2024, Kitty Smit - van den Bosch strengthens the executive team of TrueFullstaq, a cloud native service provider and part of The Digital Neighborhood. Smit - van den Bosch will be responsible for HR and will focus on the further development of employees, leadership, and culture.
Focus on the development of colleagues and creating a new culture at TrueFullstaq

In her previous work at both KPN and smaller organizations, Smit - van den Bosch dealt with numerous changes and specific challenges in all phases of organizational growth. Smit - van den Bosch: "TrueFullstaq already has a strong HR foundation. I aim to further develop this with the HR team and the organization. This includes employee engagement, employee development, and leadership. Additionally, in the merger of True and Fullstaq [officially on October 1, 2024], I will focus on both cultures and how to create a new, shared culture. In everything I do, I prioritize the well-being of colleagues!"
